Veritas Land is a strategic development company that specialises in maximising land value throughout the promotion, planning and development process.
Working collaboratively with landowners, planning authorities and key local stakeholders, we focus on the delivery of housing and mixed use developments across the South of England.
Land Promotion
At no cost to our landowner partners, we can enter into either promotion agreements or option agreements tailored to each of our landowner’s needs ensuring we maximise their return.

Where We Work
Our focus is very much the South East of England, favouring counties such as Surrey, Berkshire, Kent and Sussex, but we're happy to operate in most areas of the South.
Delivering value for you
Not surprisingly, the vast majority of land, with planning permission for development, carries a significantly higher value than that of land without planning permission.
Achieving planning permission that maximises financial potential requires an understanding of the market economics of property development, as well as technical, legal, environmental and architectural knowledge, not to mention significant investment, plenty of time and lots of perseverance.

In a land promotion scenario, we ask for no up-front payment, and there are no hidden charges either. We merely take a percentage of your land’s final sale value, but only once its' sale takes place.
